When is the pool open?

The pool is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day every year!

 

If I would like to rent a garage, do I need to rent it for the entire lease?

No, garages do not run with the lease term. You can choose to terminate your garage rental at any point during your lease with 30 days written notice prior to the first of the month.

 

What does my rent include?

Rent includes cable, cold water, and your trash service.

 

Is there 24-hour maintenance?

Yes, we have 24-hour on-call maintenance for any after-hours emergencies. Maintenance is on site Monday-Friday during regular business hours, but if you were to ever have an emergency that required assistance outside of regular business hours we have someone available on-call.

 

Do you offer furnished units?

Yes, we have a corporate unit program that offers fully furnished units that come with everything you need! For details, please contact the office.

 

Do you repaint the unit before someone new moves in?

Yes! We repaint the unit before a new move in, as well as have the units cleaned and carpets either cleaned or replaced depending on their condition.

 

Can I use the deck off the Clubhouse?

Yes, anyone is welcome to use it. We also have furniture out on the deck from spring to early fall.

 

Can I grill on my patio/balcony?

Per town code, you can have a gas or electric grill on the first floor patios, electric grills only on the second story balconies, but no charcoal grills are allowed on the property.

 

Do you have additional on-site storage?

Although there is ample closet space in each of the apartments, we do also offer the option to rent a detached garage.

 

Do the units come with washers and dryers in them?

Washers and dryers are available in the unit for a $50/month fee.

 

What type of heating do the apartments have?

We have forced air heat in all of our units.

 

Do you have any community events?

Yes! We have a variety of community events we host throughout the year. We make these events fun for everyone to participate in!

 

How can I pay my rent?

You can pay your rent with a check or money order at the office, or pay online through Resident Connect.

 

When is the fitness room available for use?

Between 5 am and 11 pm daily.

 

Are there designated parking spots?

No, we do not have assigned parking spots on property.

 

How many units are at the property?

There are 192 units with 8 units in each building.

 

What is your pet policy?

We allow up to two pets per apartment. We accept dogs and cats. There is a non-refundable pet deposit and additional monthly pet fee. We require vet papers showing your pet is current with vaccinations and that all pets are spayed/neutered. We also require all pet owners to carry renters insurance with liability coverage. All dogs must be registered with the town.

 

What is the security deposit?

Security is equivalent to one month’s rent.

 

What are the average utility costs?

Utility cost averages vary greatly depending on your usage. Typically, our one bedrooms run $50-100; the two bedrooms run $100-150; and the three bedrooms run $150-200.
